The Affordable Housing Bonus Program (AHBP) is a citywide, voluntary density-bonus framework designed to incentivize construction of new, affordable units alongside market-rate development.

The AHBP legislation will be in front of the Planning Commission TOMORROW, June 2, at 1:30 PM.

What an amazing experience to tour Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh’s East End facility! We learned about initiatives like Ellie’s Food Pantry, a program that provides in need pet owners with food for their companion animals.

City Cuts is back and fully funded for 2026!

City Cuts provides free lawn cutting services twice per month for eligible Pittsburgh residents throughout the summer and fall.

Spots are limited — residents may qualify if they:
• Are 62 or older
• Are veterans
• Have a disability preventing them from cutting grass
• Have a household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guideline
