WRS Dutchess Rail Trail users will notice activity happening alongside the trail near 189 Manchester Road in Poughkeepsie (between Overocker Road and Page Park Drive) over the next few weeks as the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority conducts work, including brush clearing, land surveying and soil and rock testing for a possible site of a new water storage tank. Trail users may see workers and equipment along the trail - please use caution when passing through the area.
