Our Senior Walk and Cardinal Send-Off takes place today Tuesday, May 26th, as we kick off Graduation Week for the Class of 2026. This special moment marks our seniors’ final field trip and the beginning of their last week as Hoover Cardinals. As they parade through Hoover campus in their caps and gowns before heading to visit the elementary and middle schools that helped shape their journey, we hope this moment serves as something bigger for our entire Hoover community.
For our seniors, it is a celebration of how far they have come. For our underclassmen, it is a visible reminder that graduation is possible and within reach. And for all of us, it reflects what makes Hoover special: a community that celebrates one another, lifts each other up, and shows what unity across The Nest truly looks like.
Thank you Hoover community for all your support and if you see them today out in the middle or elementary schools Please stop for a minute and simply cheer them on - your encouragement matters!

POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL & RE-REGISTRATION

Monday, May 25, 2026 is Memorial Day, a federal holiday intended to mourn and honor service members who died while serving our military. There is no school Monday May 25th as we honor the men and women who sacrificed their lives while serving in the U.S. military.

Our last Hoover Market of the spring semester will take place on Tuesday, May 19th from 2:30–3:00 PM. The Market will open at 2:30 PM and close at 3:00 PM. Feeding San Diego bags are available while supplies last. We will set aside cardboard boxes when possible to assist with carrying items, but we strongly encourage students, staff, and families to transition to reusable bags or other sturdy options. Clean, sturdy cardboard box donations are also welcome.

Hoover Music Department's Spring Concert tonight, May 12th 6pm at the PAC - Free Admission!

Our annual Graduation Press Box fundraiser is now live! You can bid on a press box to enjoy graduation from. There are 4 boxes available and each box can hold 8 or 15 guests. The press box tickets are in addition to 5 allocated guest tickets to each graduating student. Please share this information with grad families. All funds raised goes back to future senior classes!
