Without workers there is no economy! That is why today we are holding off our labor and our buying power 'cuz we tired of billionaires need being prioritize over our families, our democracy being threatened and our families being torn apart.

We demand funding for our schools, housing, healthcare, food and education. NO on Ice and war!

YOHANA's Safe Haven Now! campaign press conference and rally was a success! Over a hundred multi-generational community members and allies came to support and voiced out our concerns and demands for the safety of students and families in all SFUSD school sites. And Board of Education heard it loud and clear!

Join YOHANA, SOMCAN, youth, parents, teachers and community organizations in demanding that the SF United School District have a comprehensive School Safety Plan for all school sites in anticipation of potential federal actions, including ICE and National Guard deployment.

On March 24, 2026, we will be holding a press conference & rally at the SFUSD HQ to drop off 1,000 postcards and demand that Superintendent Maria Su and the SF Board of Education to take immediate action in implementing measures that ensures our schools truly serve as safe havens for every student and family.
