He enjoys being a counselor because it allows him to help people, and sees the HRCSF clinic as a family, where communication is essential. He likes to remind tenants of SF that we are all in the fight to defend tenants rights' together. Thank you for all your hard work John!

Approaching their 4th month of rent strike, Mosser has finally agreed to meet with the tenants of 907 Valencia on June 2nd. The tenants are now preparing for negotiations with the full support of their community behind them 💪💥

One issue we see a lot in our counseling clinic is the fear that tenants experience when their building is for sale. We are here to tell you that you DO NOT HAVE TO MOVE and that YOU HAVE RIGHTS. Read this post for more info!

On May 1st, tenants at 907 Valencia entered the Mosser Hotel and asked to speak with the CEO, Neveo Mosser. As they launched their third month of rent strike, the Tenant Association members informed Mosser Living that they would be ready to meet on May 14th to discuss the future of their homes. Today is the day - will Mosser show their face or continue to hide from their tenants?

May Day this year was incredibly powerful -- we stood in solidarity in the streets with our members, our allies and our communities calling for lower rents, no evictions and no deportations. RENT FREEZE NOW!💥‼️

We are so grateful to Victor, our intern from the Berkley labor center, who has achieved SO much in his organizing with us over the past year. We can't wait to see what comes next for Victor!
