Full circle SUSD moment! 💙🎓

Today, our soon-to-be Edison High School graduates, as well students from other schools, walked down memory lane and returned to where it all started: Huerta Elementary School!

The graduating seniors participated in a Graduation Walk, inspiring the next generation of leaders. As they walked the halls, they were cheered on by enthusiastic younger students who held up handmade, encouraging signs and proudly handed out roses to the seniors. 🌹✨

After the celebration, the seniors gathered in the cafeteria with current 8th graders to answer questions, share insights from their high school journeys, and talk about their exciting next steps—with many of them heading off to 4-year universities this fall! 🦅

Thank you to our amazing seniors to Huerta Elementary for giving them such an unforgettable, heartwarming welcome home. The future is incredibly bright!
