In Addition to our Visitor Guide we are doing a Coupon Page!

We love our local businesses and are always looking for new ways to help promote them to visitors coming to Williston and locals looking to try a new spot in town!

We’re excited to launch a new way to connect visitors directly with your business through our Visitor Coupon Pages!

In the past, we’ve reached out to businesses individually for coupons, discounts, and special offers when sporting events, conferences, reunions, and other groups were coming to town. We’re expanding that idea into one program that allows us to keep promoting participating businesses without having to reach out for a new offer before every event.

Here’s what that means for your business:

• 10,000 coupon sheets will be printed and distributed in welcome bags for sporting events, conferences, reunions, and other group travel throughout the year.

• Your offer will receive even more exposure through Spring Lake Park Holiday Lights Drive bags and at a major Canadian trade show.

• We’re looking for visitor-facing businesses including retail stores, restaurants, bars, entertainment and attractions, hotels, and experience-based businesses.

Whether it’s 10% off, a free item with purchase, a special visitor offer, or another incentive to get people through your doors, we’d love to include your business!

One offer. Thousands of opportunities to put your business in front of people visiting Williston.

Please note: We do need to fit a certain number of coupons on each printed page, so available space will depend on the total number of participating businesses and coupons received.

Participation commitments are due October 10!

Interested in participating or have questions? Give us a call at 701-774-9041 and one of our CVB team members will be happy to help you!

The ND State Council on Developmental Disabilities and Designer Genes partnered with BPS Life Education to host a mock interview event for our students!

Representatives from both organizations, along with a few local businesses, spent time interviewing our students and giving them the opportunity to practice their skills in a real-world setting.

But the support didn’t stop there! Last week, they joined us to help prepare our students by talking about interview attire, professional etiquette, and what to expect during an interview, as well as helping students update and prepare their resumes.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible and invested in our students! We are so grateful for the time, encouragement, and expertise these community partners shared with our students. Experiences like this help our students build confidence, develop employment skills, and prepare for success as they transition into adulthood.
