It is my sincere aspiration to see the day when gun violence is eliminated; participating in Advocacy Day in Dover holds great significance for me.

Our mission for the June 6th Wear Orange Run and Walk is to bring our community together in remembrance, awareness, and action. This event honors the lives lost to gun violence, supports survivors and families affected, and creates a space where healing and hope can grow. Inspired by the national Wear Orange movement, we stand united to raise awareness and promote safer communities.

This walk matters because every step represents a voice that deserves to be heard and a life that should never be forgotten. By attending, participants show support for victims and survivors, help spread awareness, and demonstrate that change begins when communities come together. Wearing orange is more than a symbol—it is a commitment to remembrance, advocacy, and creating a future free from gun violence.
