Ahead of this weekend’s Montreal Grand Prix, we brought 50 girls on a behind-the-scenes tour of the Academy paddocks, where they had a firsthand look at the British engineering, teamwork, tech and innovation powering this female-only championship series.

Despite initiatives like F1 Academy, women remain underrepresented across both STEM and motorsport industries globally. That’s why programmes and moments like this matter: because exposure sparks ambition, and ambition drives change.
