Westminster City Council Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Enforcement Caroline Sargent said:
โIโm deeply saddened by the news that a young man has been killed on the streets of our city. Our thoughts are with the victimโs family.
"The council appreciates the grief and worry our community will be feeling and weโll do all we can, working alongside the police, to support local residents.
"It would be inappropriate to comment further during an ongoing police investigation.โ
