🍇 Fachexkursion ins Ahrtal – Austausch im Rahmen von YeswiClim Interreg GR 🌍
Im Rahmen des INTERREG Großregion geförderten Projektes „YesWiClim“ organisierte das Institut fir Biologesch Landwirtschaft an Agrarökologie Luxemburg (IBLA a.s.b.l.) eine Fachexkursion in das deutsche Ahrtal. 28 Winzerinnen und Winzer sowie FachvertreterInnen aus Luxemburg, Belgien und Deutschland nutzten die Gelegenheit, um Einblicke in den Steillagenweinbau zu gewinnen und den grenzüberschreitenden Austausch zu stärken.
Wir besuchten das Weingut Peter Kriechel und die Winzergenossenschaft Mayschoß-Altenahr.

La formation sur les différentes possibilités de désalcolisation des vins a eu lieu à Bernkastel-Kues.

Cette formation proposait différentes méthodes pour retirer l'alcool du vin et ainsi s'adresser à des publics différents.
