Celui-ci se déroulera à la centrale nucléaire de production d’électricité de Cattenom ainsi qu’à la préfecture de la Moselle.
Dans ce cadre, des messages d’alerte seront diffusés sur les téléphones portables dans la région frontalière via le système FR-ALERT. Ces messages seront accompagnés d’un signal sonore distinctif.
ℹ️ Il n’y a aucun danger. Les messages préciseront explicitement qu’il s’agit d’un exercice et aucune action ne sera requise de vorte part.

🇬🇧 ℹ️ The Municipality of Leudelange informs you that the French authorities will conduct a large-scale nuclear safety exercise on 4 and 5 June 2026. The exercise will take place at the Cattenom Nuclear Power Plant and at the Prefecture of Moselle.
As part of this exercise, alert messages will be sent to mobile phones in the border region via the FR-ALERT system. These messages will be accompanied by a distinctive alert tone.
ℹ️ There is no danger. The messages will clearly indicate that this is an exercise and no action is required from the public.

🇫🇷 🌺Le lundi matin, les élèves des cycles 4.1 et 4.2 de l’école fondamentale de Leudelange ont participé à une activité de plantation, organisée par la Commission Pacte Nature en collaboration avec l’école.🌱
Ensemble, ils ont planté des vivaces régionales et indigènes afin de favoriser la biodiversité dans l’espace urbanisé et de créer de nouveaux habitats pour les insectes et les pollinisateurs.
Les ouvriers communaux, des membres du Collège des bourgmestre et échevins, la présidente du Naturpakt-Team Nathalie Entringer ainsi que le forestier de Leudelange, Luca Sannipoli, ont également pris part à l’activité et accompagné les enfants tout au long du projet.
Cette initiative s’inscrit dans la continuité des projets menés dans le cadre du Naturpakt en matière de plantations et de création d’habitats pour la faune, tout en sensibilisant les jeunes à la nature et à la biodiversité dès leur plus jeune âge. 🌱

🇬🇧 🌺On monday morning, pupils from Cycle 4.1 and Cycle 4.2 of the Leudelange primary school took part in a planting activity, organised by the Nature Pact Commission in collaboration with the school.🌱
Together, they planted regional and native perennials to enhance biodiversity in the settlement area and create valuable habitats for insects and pollinators.
The activity was joined by municipal workers, members of the College of Mayor and Aldermen, Nathalie Entringer, President of the Naturpakt-Team, and Leudelange forester Luca Sannipoli, who accompanied the children throughout the project.
This initiative builds on the Naturepakt’s ongoing planting and habitat creation projects while encouraging young people to connect with nature and develop an appreciation for biodiversity from an early age.🌱

📝Dans le cadre de la convention « Commune Sans Tabac », signée avec la Fondation Cancer le 31 janvier 2025, des panneaux « ESPACE SANS TABAC » ont été installés à proximité des aires de jeux communales afin d’encourager des comportements respectueux et de préserver les espaces fréquentés par les familles.
Par ailleurs, un ancien arrêt de bus situé près du hall omnisports a été réaménagé en espace fumeurs dédié, permettant de préserver les abords des infrastructures sportives et des espaces publics sensibles.
À travers ces initiatives, la commune souhaite promouvoir un environnement plus sain, plus propre et plus agréable pour toutes et tous.

🇬🇧 On the occasion of World No To***co Day, celebrated on Sunday, 31 May 2026, the Municipality of Leudelange wishes to reaffirm its commitment to public health, to***co prevention and the protection of children and young people from exposure to smoke.
📝As part of the “Commune Sans Tabac” agreement signed with the Fondation Cancer on 31 January 2025, “ESPACE SANS TABAC” signs have been installed near municipal playgrounds in order to encourage respectful behaviour and help preserve spaces used by families.
In addition, a former bus stop located near the sports hall has been redeveloped into a dedicated smoking area, helping to preserve the surroundings of sports facilities and other sensitive public spaces.
Through these initiatives, the municipality aims to promote a healthier, cleaner and more pleasant environment for everyone.
🤝The municipality would like to thank all residents and users for their understanding and cooperation in implementing these measures.
