🇫🇷 🖌️ À la Galerie op der Cap, 70, route d’Arlon, L-8310 Capellen, une exposition intéressante 🖼️ présentant des œuvres réalisées par des participants à un cours d’aquarelle sera organisée.

Ce cours a été organisé par la Commune de Mamer et animé par la célèbre artiste Iva Mrazkova. C’est également elle qui a eu l’idée d’exposer les œuvres des élèves dans une galerie d’art. 🎨

Le vernissage de cette belle exposition aura lieu le vendredi 5 juin à 18h00 à la Galerie op der Cap à Capellen. Les œuvres pourront être admirées les 6 et 7 juin, de 15h00 à 18h00. 📅🕐 Plusieurs artistes seront également présents sur place pour fournir des explications et répondre aux questions.

🇬🇧 🖌️ At Galerie op der Cap, 70 Route d’Arlon, L-8310 Capellen, an interesting exhibition 🖼️ featuring works created by participants in a watercolour course will be on display.

This course was organised by the Municipality of Mamer and led by the renowned artist Iva Mrazkova. It was also her idea to exhibit the students’ works in an art gallery. 🎨

The opening of this wonderful exhibition will take place on Friday the 5th of June at 6.00 pm at the Galerie op der Cap in Capellen. The works will be on display on the 6th and 7th of June, from 3 pm to 6 pm. 📅🕐 Some of the artists will also be there to explain their work and answer questions.

Fir de Concert zu Mamer gëtt de Grupp also duerch de bekannte Lëtzebuerger Saxophonist 🎷 Maxime Bender verstäerkt. De Jazz-Museker huet schonns op der ganzer Welt Concerte ginn. Zu Mamer wäert den artisteschen Direkter vum Echter'jazz-Festival de Publikum mat sengen Improvisatioune sécherlech och begeeschteren. 🙌

🇬🇧 As part of the Fête de la Musique, 🎼 there is a change to the line-up for Sunday the 14th of June. At 8.00 pm, Fred Barreto & the Syndicate feat. Maxime Bender will perform on the Independence Stage, located on Place de l’Église. 🎤 🎶

So, for their concert, the band will be joined by the well-known Luxembourgish saxophonist 🎷 Maxime Bender. This jazz musician has already performed concerts all over the world. And in Mamer, the artistic director of the Echter’jazz festival will also thrill the audience with his improvisations. 🙌

🇫🇷 Vivre la nature de près, tel est le slogan de la Journée SICONA, 🐝 organisée cette année le 6 juin 2026 à l’atelier technique du SICONA à Kehlen, de 9h30 à 16h30. Pour cette édition, les organisateurs ont innové. En effet, l’événement propose un nouveau format des activités 🐄 «Nature for People», avec l’objectif de s’adresser encore davantage au grand public. 🦋

Le programme de la journée est intéressant et varié: de nombreux ateliers, excursions 🚜 et animations autour de la nature 🎋 🌳 ainsi qu’une multitude de stands d’information. En bref: une journée pour petits et grands.

🇱🇺 D’Kommissioun fir Energietransitioun, Ëmweltschutz a nohalteg Entwécklung huet am Kader vun „Een Dag an der Natur“ och dëst Joer erëm flott Spadséiergäng 🚶‍♀️🚶 duerch d'Bëscher 🌳 vun der Gemeng organiséiert. Dat méi grot Wieder ☁️ huet d'Leit, dorënner och vill Kanner, net ofgehalen un der Aktivitéit deel ze huelen.

Wärend den Tier , déi ongeféier zwou Stonne gedauert hunn, hunn d'Experten, dorënner de Raoul Mettenhoven, Ornitholog bei natur&ëmwelt, de Participante vill Wëssen iwwert déi regional Villercher 🦉 vermëttelt. Weider Informatiounen huet en an engem léierräiche Bichelchen mat Fotoen, den Nimm an enger Beschreiwung vun de Villercher 🐦 fonnt, dat un d'Participante verdeelt gouf.

🐦‍⬛Vun der Gemeng war ënner anerem de Schäffen a President vun der Kommissioun, Ed Buchette beim instruktive Spadséiergang dobäi.

🇫🇷 La Commission pour la transition énergétique, la Protection de l’Environnement et le Développement durable a de nouveau organisé de belles promenades 🚶‍♀️🚶 à travers les forêts 🌳 de la commune dans le cadre de «Une journée dans la nature». Le mauvais temps n’a pas empêché les habitants, parmi eux également de nombreux enfants, de participer à l’activité.

Pendant les promenades, qui ont duré environ deux heures, les experts, parmi lesquels figurait également Raoul Mettenhoven, ornithologue auprès de natur&ëmwelt, ont transmis aux participants de nombreuses connaissances sur les oiseaux 🦉 de la région. Des informations supplémentaires figuraient dans un petit livret pédagogique contenant des photos, les noms et une description des oiseaux, 🐦 distribué aux participants.

🐦‍⬛ Du côté de la commune, l’échevin et président de la commission, Ed Buchette, a également participé à cette promenade instructive.

🇬🇧 The Commission for Energy Transition, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development once again organized enjoyable walks 🚶‍♀️🚶 through the municipality’s forests 🌳 as part of ‘A Day in Nature’. The bad weather did not deter residents, among them were also many children, from taking part in the event.

During the walks, which lasted around two hours, the experts – including Raoul Mettenhoven, an ornithologist with natur&ëmwelt – shared a wealth of knowledge about the region’s birds 🦉 with the participants. Additional information was provided in a small educational booklet containing photos, names and descriptions of the birds, 🐦 which was handed out to participants.

🐦‍⬛ On behalf of the municipality, the alderman and chairman of the commission, Ed Buchette, also took part in this informative walk.
