Celebrating the enduring education partnership between 🇦🇺 Australia and 🇲🇾 Malaysia 🎓

Last week, we showcased the strong impact of Australian alumni in 🇲🇾. From lawmakers to entrepreneurs, we brought together partners from diverse sectors who are united by their Australian education journey.

We also took the chance to thank our outstanding Political Research Officer Nik Yusof Nik Farid — a University of Western Australia alumnus who will be concluding his tenure at the Australian High Commission after more than 11 years of service.

Shoutout to Australian alumni-founded Big Boss HSP for its halal snack packs and Inside Scoop for treating guests to its exclusive Cherry Ripe and VEGEMITE flavours.

Summited Mount Kinabalu last week on holiday ⛰️

The High Commissioner was the first to the peak at 4:50 AM for a perfect sunrise. Incredible scenery, fauna, and guides. They were in awe of the strength and endurance of the porters.

What a beautiful place!
