📍 CBMS ON-BOARDING ACTIVITY FOR MPDC PERSONNEL: BASIC CBMS DATA UTILIZATION, MANAGEMENT, AND GENERATION

The MPDC Office successfully conducted the CBMS On-Boarding Activity on 14 July 2026.
The activity was conducted through short discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and practical exercises using actual CBMS datasets and simulated data requests. Participants were guided in locating, processing, interpreting, and generating CBMS information, strengthening their capacity to support evidence-based planning and decision-making.
Serving as resource persons were the LGU's designated IT personnel, Mr. Jhon Philip Tena (MDRRMO) and Mr. Jimuel Calzado (GN SIAD Office), who shared the knowledge and skills they acquired from the PSA Training on R Programming and Data Management Using 2024 CBMS Data conducted on 11–15 May 2026.
The activity forms part of the MPDC Office's continuing efforts to strengthen data-driven local planning and governance.

The Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office and Municipal Engineering Office conducted a coordination meeting to discuss final validation findings of the proposed Priority Development Programs, Projects, and Activities for funding under the 20% National Tax Allotment (NTA) / Municipal Development Fund for Fiscal Year 2027.

🌟 MPMC Monitoring of Infrastructure Projects

The Municipal Project Monitoring Committee (MPMC) of General Nakar conducted monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure infrastructure projects were implemented according to approved plans, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Through site inspections, progress monitoring, and coordination with implementing agencies and contractors, the committee identified and addressed implementation issues, helping ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects that benefit the community.

Projects monitored:
• Construction/ Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road, Sitio Pangatloan, Brgy. Mahabang Lalim;
• Upgrading of Farm-to-Market Road, Brgy. Pisa;
