It is moving Southwestward at 10 km/h. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.
FORECAST:
Visayas, and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to ITCZ.
