Get busy at our FREE daily workout sessions at One Punggol!
Held daily (except on public holidays unless stated otherwise), these sessions are a great way to stay active and energised.
Do note that there may be changes to the workout and trainer without prior notice and that all participants are required to endorse the fitness indemnity form before joining the classes:
