Friends of Sycamore Shoals Historic Area

The mission of The FSSSHP shall be to support Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park and the historic sites of Fort Watauga, Carter Mansion and Sabine Hill.

The Friends Group holds quarterly Friends Meetings at the Park's Guest Center to encourage, educate, fellowship with other lovers of history and the park. The Next meeting will be the third Thursday of August. All are welcome to come hear about what is happening at the Park and share refreshments with friends.
