Wellness Week continued with a morning of movement and a closer look at the MIND Diet and its role in supporting brain health.

One key takeaway? Foods matter. The MIND Diet encourages leafy greens, berries, whole grains, nuts, beans, and fish while limiting red meat, fried foods, and sweets. Small, consistent choices can help support long-term brain health.

Movement and Nutrition are two important pillars of LCS Life+. Together, they support healthy aging, independence, and quality of life.

At Sterling Estates East Cobb, wellness is about more than living longer. It’s about making the most of every year.

With just two days left of Wellness Week, let’s keep the momentum going!
