Dr. Candis Scallan and graduate students Ean Richards and Kloe Stokes recently attended the Western Region Research Conference for the American Association of Agricultural Educators. They presented research, participated in professional development, and networked with professors and graduate students from universities across the western region. Amy Neal, who was unable to attend, won Distinguished Innovative Idea and People’s Choice for “Progress Amongst Peers: Implantation of a Peer Mentor Program.” This was a mentoring program that Amy designed and evaluated as a part of her thesis project.
