In honor of Environmental Awareness Month, Sacramento Stonewall Dems will be hosting an esteemed panel of environmental and LGBT+ advocates at the start of our next General Member Meeting on April 6th, 2026 at 6PM at the temporary location for the Sacramento LGBT Center (2031 K Street). Please join us and welcome these leaders as we discuss our complimentary areas of activism, intersectionality, and shared lessons in advocacy!

The Stonewall Democratic Club of Greater Sacramento mourn the loss of Alvin Prasad, whose life was taken following a violent, homophobic attack. Community members are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday, January 10 at 2 PM at North Sacramento Funeral Home (725 El Camino Ave. in Sacramento). In honor of Alvin and at his daughter’s request, attendees are asked to wear purple 💜 instead of black 🖤. We hold Alvin’s family and loved ones in our hearts during this painful time.
