1. If you could instantly become an expert at one thing, what would it be?
Glass Blowing. I love collecting glass art pieces and have a pretty big collection. I’ve taken a couple classes and made a few pieces, but I would love to be able to create pieces like the true artists in the field.
2. If you could change one law or policy tomorrow, what would it be?
I want to change or repeal every law and policy put forward by the trump administration.
3. What’s something you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet?
Good question! I’ve been fortunate to try a lot in my life, from traveling, to flying in a glider, parachuting and scuba diving. I think I’ll work on staying open to trying new things no matter how old I get.
4. What political issue do you wish got more attention?
The needs of runaway and homeless youth in our state, including many LGBTQ youth. They are historically underserved in our state with very little acknowledgement in the policies and programs set by our state and Legislature for homelessness overall.
