NextGen Annual Conference wrapped last week at Silverado Resort in Napa. Dealers left with a group of peers they can call on and ideas they can put to work in their stores now.
The biggest draw for this event is the network. Everyone attending runs a store day to day, so the conversations were kept practical… People compared notes, shared what’s working, and helped each other with the problems they’re all running into across the state.
The theme this year was Evolving Your Dealership, and AI use was a big part of the conversation. The group talked through where it’s already showing up with vendors, employees, and customers, and what dealers can actually do with it now.
We closed with CNCDA’s Member Appreciation Dinner alongside the Board of Directors, new this year, which gave NextGen dealers more time meeting the dealers who lead the association.
Every attendee who responded rated the conference a 10/10.
If you manage a California franchised dealership, plan to join us next summer. Thanks to everyone who came, our Board, and our sponsors: vitu , ACV Auctions , and Glaser Weil.
