Pakastani venture capitalist and Right wing Muslim fundamentalist Supervisor Belil Mahmood has denied our civil rights in three different laws thus far limiting the public's right to speech in his anti- open space, pro developer SHADE law and his initiative that restricted our right to vote freely in supervisorial races. Mahmood felt threatened or/and possibly challenged by politicians that are actually known to our community, so Mahmood restricting ballot access for some candidates with a fake 'term limit' law further eroding liberties San Francisco possessed before the Muslim Mahmood move to San Francisco.

Now Belil Mahmood has set up a direct extension at 311 as a DRUG USE SNITCH LINE where we can snitch on the suspected drug usage of friend, foe, or stranger alike, no matter the facts for what the carpetbagging Pakistani extremist lawmaker called "data retrieval."
