💛 “R U OK?” may sound different in every language, but kindness is understood everywhere 💛

As international students, living away from family, adapting to a new culture, and building new friendships. A simple check-in can help someone feel connected, supported, and less alone.

Today is R U OK? Day, a reminder to reach out to your classmates, housemates, friends, and fellow students. You don't need to have all the answers. Just taking the time to ask, listen, and show you care can make a real difference.

At TIWA, we're proud to be part of a diverse global community. Let's look out for one another and keep the conversation going, not just on R U OK? Day, but any day.
