Phew! What a year 2020 has turned out to be! This time last year our newsletter was about the number of new staff joined, expansion of our fleets and the exhibitions we are attending across the globe as well as an exciting year ahead-in fact the busiest since the founding of FKLM Ethiopia Tours.

Today, exactly 365 days later, the world looks different in so many ways. Nothing has been left untouched. What a year!

While this year has been challenging, the previous years favoured us a lot. We therefore, have survived as a Company and we are confident that we will emerge stronger.

With bookings postponed, rather than cancelled, we hope to have some very good business for the years ahead. Looking forward to celebrating our wonderful destinations with our partners when an acceptable normalcy returns.

We have so much in store to look forward to in 2021!

On October 1st, Ethiopia is open for tourism. Strict safety measures have been introduced by the ministry. Now, the biggest airlines in Africa , Ethiopian airlines unveils COVID-19 Insurance cover, Sheba Comfort!

As you may have heard, a great artist was killed and there was a protest following the killing. Since then, internet is blocked.
I am lucky enough to have access today from head office to post this and response the most pressing e mails.

OMG we witnessed the Solar Eclipse live at Lalibela. This is so chilling as it is amazing. ⁣⁣

It's not everyday that we get to behold such an amazing experience from nature. The next Solar Eclipse in Lalibela is predicted to be after 400 years. ⁣⁣

Our management team is currently in Lalibela, and we will head to the barely-known Borena Saint National Park, which is believed to house unique fauna and flora, birds and wildlife. ⁣⁣
