Select Tax Offices across the island will be OPEN on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to better serve you.

Portmore Tax Office remains open from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

So skip the weekday rush and take advantage of our convenient month-end Saturday service!

Tax Administration Jamaica will be conducting scheduled maintenance activities to our eServices platform. This maintenance activity will be conducted during the period 8:00 p.m. Friday June 19, 2026 – 8:00 a.m. Saturday June 20, 2026.

This activity will result in our eServices facility being suspended over the period indicated.

The maintenance schedule will NOT affect online Property Tax, Motor Vehicle Fitness Fee and Traffic Ticket services.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as we undertake this scheduled and necessary activity to enhance and improve your online business experience with us.

For further information and/or guidance, persons may contact the Customer Care Centre at 888-TAX-HELP (888-829-4357), their Client Relationship Manager in the Large Taxpayer Office or a Taxpayer Education Officer at any of our four (4) Revenue Service Centres.

During our Mek Wi Talk Tax interview at the 11th Biennial Jamaica Diaspora Conference 2026, Mr. Keeble Downie, General Manager of the Montego Bay Revenue Service Centre, shared how TAJ continues to transform through digitalization, making more services easier to access online.

He reminded taxpayers that while TAJ modernizes, support is still available through our Customer Care Centre and dedicated Taxpayer Education Officers for guidance, clarity, and assistance.

Taxpayers are encouraged to register for eServices and complete many tax-related transactions from anywhere in the world.
