Crime Victim Center is proud to participate in Erie Gives Day on August 11th, 2026!

This annual day of giving is an opportunity to support local nonprofits and make a lasting impact right here in our community. Your donation helps us continue providing critical services, advocacy, prevention education, and support to victims of crime throughout Erie County.

We are less than 2 weeks away from early giving, where the Erie Community Foundation will begin accepting ALL checks and stock gifts.

What an incredible evening at 'Beyond the Pages'!πŸ“–

We're so grateful to everyone who joined us for our discussion of 'The House in the Cerulean Sea'. From thoughtful conversations to watercolor bookmarks with meaningful quotes and keys, the room was filled with connection, creativity, and community.

A special thank you to Tipsy Bean for once again keeping us caffeinated and providing delicious snacks. Your support helps make this space possible. β˜•βœ¨

One of the most rewarding parts of the evening was the conversation. Together, we explored the book's messages of acceptance, love, belonging, and understanding, reflecting on how these themes show up in our communities and in our everyday lives. It was a reminder that some of the most meaningful discussions begin with a simple question and a shared story.

Thank you for helping us create a space where everyone is welcome, every perspective is valued, and great books bring people together. πŸ“–πŸŒŠπŸ”‘

We can't wait to turn the page to our next adventure on September 2nd. Stay tuned for our next book reveal🀭

Tonight at 'Beyond the Pages', we'll be creating watercolor bookmarks inspired by 'The House in the Cerulean Sea' πŸ“–πŸ”‘

Each bookmark will feature a meaningful quote from the book, watercolor designs inspired by the cerulean sea, and a key charm, a symbol woven throughout the story's themes of belonging, acceptance, and finding where you truly fit.

All are welcome & we can't wait to see you there βœ¨πŸ“šπŸ”‘

Happy Pride Month! 🌈

At Crime Victim Center, we believe everyone deserves to be safe, supported, respected, and heard. This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community while reaffirming our commitment to providing compassionate services for all survivors.

Pride is a time to celebrate authenticity, community, and the right to live free from violence and discrimination. We are proud to stand alongside our LGBTQ+ neighbors this month and every month.

A special thank you to Tipsy Bean for once again providing coffee and light snacks for our group. Their generosity helps make our book club feel a little cozier and a lot more welcoming. β˜•πŸ’›

There's still time to register, and a reminder that you are welcome to join us even if you haven't finished, or even started, the book. Whether you're coming for the story, the conversation, the craft, or simply to see what the space is like, we'd love to have you.

There's always room for one more at the table. πŸ“–βœ¨ https://forms.gle/c6sgFGPq8GeMKzfP7
