Last week, our team had the incredible opportunity to travel to Atlanta for , and what an experience it was!
From inspiring keynote speakers and impactful educational sessions to connecting with fellow NAMI affiliates from across the country, we returned energized, motivated, and full of new ideas to bring back to our community.
Of course, it wasn't all work! We also took some time to explore the beautiful city of Atlanta, visiting amazing attractions like the Atlanta Botanical Garden and the Georgia Aquarium. Between the learning, networking, and adventures, there was no shortage of memorable moments.
We're grateful for the opportunity to grow, connect, and represent NAMI Erie County on a national stage. Now it's time to put what we've learned into action as we continue our mission of providing support, education, and advocacy for mental health in our community. ๐

Pride is about celebrating who you are and creating space where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. No one should have to face mental health challenges alone.
You are valid. You are worthy. Your mental health matters.
