Summer programming provides young people with a safe environment with knowledgeable and caring staff, fun and educational activities. Summer programs for youth provide them with a sense of belonging and opportunities to build confidence, teamwork, and social skills.
We are excited to announce that we have 10 new program sites for our summer programs! This makes a total of 20 sites with empowering programs for youth from June 15 - July 30.

Photos from our Capitol visit with Youth Leadership Institute last week! Young people from all over California gathered to advocate and lobby for the mental wellness needs of youth in the state. These impressive young people met with senatorial staff and spoke at a press conference outside of the Capitol building. They are evidence themselves of why programs for youth are so valuable, and essential.

Happy Pride Month! PRO Youth is proud to serve and celebrate our LGBTQIA+ youth this month and every month as we work to inspire, educate, and uplift young people and their voices.
Our mental wellness and relationship skills programs empower young people to embrace their identity, practice self-care, learn communication skills, and foster healthy relationships with others.
Supporting our programs helps young people to remain HOPEFUL for their futures, which leads to a better community for everyone.

Last week, our Youth at City Council program had its graduation celebration, where youth who completed the program presented their project proposals for improvements to the city of Rancho Cordova, including transportation improvements, health resources for the unhoused, a teen youth center, an Anatolia library, and more. These young people expertly presented their well-researched ideas to both the Mayor and Vice Mayor! Thank you to the City of Rancho Cordova for continuing to partner with us on this program.
