Today we honor the 84th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. On December 7, 1941, 2,403 Americans lost their lives in an event that brought the United States into World War II.
The University of Arizona NROTC unit held a memorial ceremony to remember those who served and to reflect on the resilience and sacrifice that Pearl Harbor represents.
Thank you to our guest speaker, Mr. Andrew Desautels, the joint color guard, and all staff and guests who helped make today’s observance meaningful. We will never forget December 7th, 1941.
