On June 7, 1949, Operation Magic Carpet began. This historic rescue mission brought nearly 50,000 Yemenite Jews to the newly-established State of Israel. Many had never seen an airplane before. Some believed they were flying “on wings of eagles,” as prophesied.

Today, continue this work to support vulnerable Jewish communities worldwide. Wherever Jews need us, we answer.
