Philly will soon mail out new property assessments. Here’s what to know The new valuations will be used to calculate property tax bills that will be due next March.

PhilaRevenue offices will close Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth. Offices will reopen Monday, June 22 at 8:30 a.m.

Online services remain available 24/7 at tax-services.phila.gov and phila.gov/water-bill
