The North Philadelphia office at 2761 N 22nd Street will be closed on Election Day, November 3, because it serves as a polling place. The center will reopen for normal operations on Wednesday, November 4.

We’re now accepting 2027 applications for the Longtime Owner Occupants Program (LOOP). Philly residents who have lived in their homes for 10 years or more may qualify to limit increases in their property assessments for tax purposes.
