The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is currently experiencing a temporary service interruption due to an internet outage. As a result, there may be delays in responding to phone calls, emails, and processing requests. We are working to restore services as quickly as possible and will resume normal operations as soon as the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience.

During Government Finance Professionals Week in March, California local governments recognize the finance professionals whose work is essential to fiscal stability, transparency, and public trust. At SHRA, we celebrate and offer thanks and gratitude to our Finance Department professionals, including accounting, budgeting, payroll, grants, and financial systems who collectively ensure the fiscal health and sustainability of our organization.
