π’ Emergency repairs on the Old Telegraph Road Bridge are now substantially complete!
The Ventura County Public Works Agency (VCPWA) will remove the vehicle weight restriction sign and reopen the bridge to two-way traffic effective Thursday afternoon, May 28. π§π¦Ί
Next week, final rock delivery and placement operations will require temporary traffic control, including flaggers on the bridge, which may cause intermittent traffic impacts and vehicle delays. π§πβ οΈπ
Meanwhile, adjacent railroad bridge repairs by the Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) are still underway. Temporary traffic control measures will remain in place on the bridge until that project is completed.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during these important repair efforts! π
