CPFSA staff from across the island recently gathered for the agency’s Annual Staff Meeting—a day of motivation, reflection, and renewed focus.

Together, we celebrated our achievements, acknowledged lessons learned, and reflected on the agency’s performance over the past year, while aligning on bold goals and strategies for the year ahead.

Continuing the highlights from Empowerment Day celebrations across the regions, the CPFSA Western Region brought together young people at the Lucea Anglican Church Hall for a day filled with learning, inspiration, and meaningful connection.

Through engaging presentations, interactive activities, team-building exercises, and moments of reflection, participants were encouraged to recognise their strengths, embrace positive choices, and pursue their goals with confidence.
