SERBISYONG PARA SA PILIPINO. DHSUD takes part in the Kalayaan Government Programs and Services event at Luneta Park in celebration of the 128th Araw ng Kalayaan.
Serving as an accessible information and assistance center, the DHSUD booth welcomes visitors seeking guidance on housing-related concerns, as well as updates on the Department's major programs, including President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino ( ) Program.
Department personnel are on-site to provide public assistance and respond to inquiries from beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
The Kalayaan Government Programs and Services runs until today, June 7 at Luneta Park, bringing government services closer to Filipinos as the nation commemorates its enduring journey toward freedom and progress.

PBBM's EXPANDED 4PH NOW PROVIDES MORE OPTIONS FOR WORKING CLASS. As a result of the increased loanable amount of P10 million offered by Pag IBIG Fund, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program now covers the economic and open market housing segment--widening options under the flagship program particularly for the middle-income earners.
Immediately, a private developer offered housing units in two strategically located projects in Batangas--providing more options to homebuyers in the fast-booming Southern Tagalog area.
PA Properties President Romarico Alvarez and other top officials of the company on Wedesday showed Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and Pag IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta the completed housing units at the NuVista Homes and Idesia, both located in Lipa City. The private developer offered its available economic and open market units under President Marcos Jr.'s flagship Expanded 4PH.
"Alinsunod sa direktiba ng Pangulong Marcos Jr. ay patuloy natin pinapalawak ang Expanded 4PH upang mas maraming pamilyang Pilipino ang matulungan makamit ang pinapangarap nilang tahanan. Ang pagtaas ng loanable amount ng Pag IBIG Fund ay magbibigay daan para matulungan naman natin ang mga middle-class workers,"Secretary Aliling said.
Recently, the Pag IBIG Fund increased its maximum loanable amount for housing loan from P6 million to P10 million, expanding the coverage to economic and open market housing segment, and providing more options to middle-income. homebuyers.
Joining Secretary Aliling during the inspection were Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr. and other DHSUD and Pag IBIG Fund officials.

OFF-SITE ECMP HOUSING FOR ISFs IN CALOOCAN. Around 120 informal settlers benefit from an off-site housing project under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program in Camarin, Caloocan City--ending 19 years of insecurity and living along danger zones.
Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr. and Social Housing Finance Corporation President Federico Laxa led the ceremonial turn over of the initial 36 housing units to the members of the Mapalad Ka Homeowners Association Inc., among them were families previously living along waterways and other danger zones.
Mapalad Ka HOA President Princess Nina Benilan expressed her group's sincerest gratitude to the government, particularly President Marcos Jr., for helping realize their dream homes after 19 years.
She said that with the turn over of the housing units, they now have the security, safety and dignity of living in decent shelters without worrying of being evicted or displaced.
SHFC plans to construct one more building in the project site to accommodate more beneficiaries under the off-site ECMP project.
