Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development formally approved the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City of Makati 2024-2034 through DHSUD Department Circular No. 2026-003, Series of 2026.

PUBLIC ADVISORY. Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1264 dated 21 May 2026 declaring 27 May 2026 (Wednesday) as a regular holiday in observance of Eid'I Adha, Central and Regional Offices will be closed on Wednesday, 27 May 2026.

Regular office operations will continue from 25, 26, 28, and 29 May 2026 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Clients and stakeholders are advised to schedule their visits and transactions during the said office hours.

SHAPING THE FUTURE OF HOUSING: DHSUD-NCR AND PASIG CITY COLLABORATE ON ENHANCED LOCAL SHELTER PLAN

On April 30, 2026, DHSUD-NCR held a productive technical coordination meeting with the Pasig Urban Settlements Office (PUSO) to review and refine the city’s Local Shelter Plan (LSP).

DHSUD-NCR commends the Pasig LGU for their meticulous preparation and unwavering commitment to addressing the housing needs of Pasigueños. This collaboration ensures that the city's housing strategies remain robust, data-driven, and responsive to the evolving needs of the community.

We look forward to the submission of the LSP as we continue to work together toward building sustainable, resilient, and inclusive human settlements in Pasig City!
