WHAT IS HSAC?
The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) is the government’s quasi-judicial agency reconstituted from the former Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) under Republic Act No. 11201. It adjudicates disputes involving real estate development, homeowners’ associations, and certain appeals concerning local and regional planning and zoning decisions.

Panoorin ang live na talakayan ng Radyo Pilipinas Palawan kasama si Attorney Michelle T. Dela Cruz ng Human Settlements Adjudication Commission – Regional Adjudication Branch No. IV-B (HSAC RAB IV-B) tungkol sa mga karapatan ng mga mamimili ng real estate, mga miyembro ng homeowners’ association, iba pang mga sektor na may kaugnayan sa usapin. gayundin ang papel at mandato ng HSAC sa pagresolba ng mga kaugnay na alitan at reklamo.
