Across two days at Marina Bay Sands, GSTCE 2026 brought together space agencies, corporates, investors, startups, technology partners and non-space industries to explore how space technologies can drive economic value across sectors.

From Earth Observation and satellite communications to geospatial analytics and positioning technologies, the conversations focused on real-world applications across agriculture, maritime, defence, infrastructure, energy, insurance, logistics and climate resilience.

The opportunity is especially clear in Southeast Asia, where increased adoption of Earth Observation data could contribute 𝗨𝗦$𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗗𝗣 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬, based on a joint report by Singapore Space & Technology Think Tank (SST Think Tank) and Deloitte.

The course will help senior decision-makers understand how space technologies can support corporate innovation, resilience, ESG, operational intelligence and long-term growth in an increasingly space-enabled economy.

From Earth Observation and satellite communications to navigation systems, orbital data infrastructure and space-based R&D, space is already shaping decisions across logistics, finance, agriculture, infrastructure, energy, insurance, telecommunications and smart cities.

At 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗚𝗦𝗧𝗖𝗘) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 and Singapore Space & Technology Think Tank (SST Think Tank) signed a Letter of Intent to explore 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮.

The collaboration will look at how satellite data, Earth Observation and geospatial analytics can be translated into practical tools for climate intelligence, crop monitoring, land-use insights, traceability, risk assessment and early warning systems.

By bringing together 𝗦𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸’𝘀 space innovation ecosystem and 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮’𝘀 regional delivery networks, the partnership aims to connect space-tech solutions with the smallholder farmers and agricultural value chain actors who can use them.

This is 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — exploring practical technologies, identifying real industry needs, and creating clearer pathways for adoption across Southeast Asia.

𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗧𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 and Singapore Space & Technology Think Tank (SST Think Tank) announced a partnership to support Korean space and deep tech companies expanding into Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region — connecting companies to market access, proof-of-concept opportunities, local partnerships, investor networks and commercial growth pathways.

Designed as 𝗮 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, the Lab brings space technologies closer to businesses, investors, startups, government agencies and global partners.

It will showcase how Earth Observation, satellite communications, geospatial analytics and positioning technologies can be applied to real-world industry challenges, while supporting Singapore-grown space companies through SST Think Tank’s 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯.

The launch brought together GSTCE delegates, partners and ecosystem stakeholders for guided tours, conversations, closing drinks and a special musical moment featuring 𝘍𝘭𝘺 𝘔𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯 and 𝘠𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 by Singaporean musician Lyla Ng.

This is where space becomes more accessible and commercially relevant.

Across Southeast Asia, space activity is accelerating — from satellite capabilities and regulatory frameworks to applications in climate, agriculture, maritime security, disaster response, infrastructure and urban resilience.

As part of the spotlight, Deloitte and Singapore Space & Technology Think Tank also launched 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲, a follow-up to Space to Thrive, highlighting how leading organisations are commercialising space.

We opened our 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with the 𝗦𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, anchor partner Deloitte, and 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 (𝗥𝗲𝘁.) 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿, set against a dynamic opening mix by DJ Jagi.
