Professor Marketa Raevsky received the Exemplary Achievement in Community-Engaged Teaching Award for her ECE partnerships across the city and her collaboration with D11 to offer concurrent enrollment ECE classes. Congratulations, Professor Raevsky!

Dr. Chris Burnett taught ED250: Outdoor Education and Leadership last block with seven days down the Green River through Labyrinth Canyon! What an amazing opportunity!

We've missed seeing Paige Kahle (CC'25, MAT'26) in person since March, but this year's cohort looks forward to seeing her again on Zoom during block 8. Paige continues a new Mierow House tradition of stress relief and self-care through jigsaw puzzles.

Education Department staffers Deb Mortenson and Jennifer Wakeen volunteered at Soaring Eagles Elementary School in Harrison School District 2 on World Read Aloud Day. They joined Stefani Messick's (CC '17, MAT '19) class and others for a fun-filled afternoon of reading with students.
