Yesterday was National Senior Health and Fitness Day! It's important to focus on your mental and physical health and fitness, which can be done by incorporating healthy movement and reflection into your daily routines. One great way to do this is through Tai Chi, which is offered at our Day Center from our Physical Therapists. Join Vim and Boyd in "Tai Chi-Y," which combines both tai chi and yoga!
