Highlighting the risks media workers face around the world — including censorship, surveillance, legal harassment and even death — the Secretary-General called for stronger protection of journalists’ rights and for building a world where truth, and those who speak it, are safe.

The United Nations in Malaysia would like to share the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the engagement of a Pricing Agent consultant in support of the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) place-to-place survey in Malaysia, scheduled for May 2026.
As outlined in the TOR, the consultant will support price data collection across selected retail outlets and contribute to the overall survey process. The assignment is expected to run throughout May 2026.
